Cool and clean place, particularly good view over the bay. Awesome employees who seemed to do so much with a very pleasant manner. Family ambiance in a very central setting. Nearby Ben Nevis Bar and Restaurant - great place to chill out. Walk from a train station, easy to move around.

The location was stunning in a good area, just next door to a roundabout. We could also easily get to West Highland Way End. The single room overlooked street. Separate bathrooms, that included a bath.

The building is charming and has been beautifully refurbished. The staff were particularly helpful, especially at the front desk. The room layout was unfortunate, with the bathroom situation being cramped and the shower controls difficult to manage.

The Superior Double Room was decent but definitely felt a bit dated. The beds were super firm, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. Nice and clean, though, with basic necessities. We got a room move after a hiccup, and the new one had a great view. Housekeeping was solid, but the shower pressure was a letdown. It did the job for the one night we were there.
